Evelyna Manier (aka Quilt Mom) and I, Lisa Timfichuk, are mother and daughter. We both began quilting about ten years ago, and have been addicted ever since! Almost as soon as we started quilting, we began playing with colors, patterns and designing our own quilts.

Evelyna opened her quilt shop 7 years ago. Quilter's Junction in Centralia, Washington is her pride and joy. It's been wonderful. If you're in the Centralia Washington area, please stop in to Quilter's Junction and see the shop. Many of our original quilts are on display. The store is located in a charming early 1900's house with a large wrap-around porch. Take exit 81 (Mellen Street/Hwy 507) off I-5 and go one block east to 1131 Mellen Street. Click here for map

We began selling our patterns the spring of 2002. One of our goals is to have a complete series of Northwest Lighthouses, we call them the Northern Lights series. Three Lighthouse patterns are complete now, you can see both on the Lighthouse Patterns page. The next pattern in the series will be Alki Head Lighthouse on Alki Point in Seattle. We hope to have Alki Head complete by June, 2005.

One of the many joys of this passion we call Quiltmaking is seeing the infinite possiblities of pattern and color. We love to see what you can do when you take one of our patterns and run with it. Please do email us pictures of your finished projects - you may even see them posted on our site!
